This report was commissioned by the European Commission and developed with Prototopia and SDSN, under the expert advice of Club of Rome Co-President Sandrine Dixson Decleve, Enrico Giovaninni and Peter Browning. It identifies sets of three indicators covering social, environmental, and institutional dimensions to complement GDP and to motivate policymakers to adopt policies furthering sustainable prosperity. Hot or Cool lead the section reviewing initiatives to date that have drawn on citizen’s opinions in inform indicator sets.
