Our mission is to challenge the status quo, helping people reimagine what is possible and enabling systemic change towards resilient societies that thrive within ecological limits.
Our vision is of a world where living well no longer costs the Earth and where sustainable and equitable living becomes the default.
Our Impact
The 2021 1.5-Degree Lifestyles report, co-published with The Club of Rome, was covered by BBC, CBC News, Reuters and the Times. Its proposed carbon footprint targets were quoted in a UK House of Lords report on behaviour change for climate.
Read the reportOur groundbreaking research on sustainable fashion published in the Unfit, Unfair, Unfashionable report, received massive media attention including from the Financial Times, New York Times, Vogue and the BBC. The report was highlighted in the EU Strategy for Sustainable and Circular Textiles and cited in the Dutch Textile Strategy.
