Cécile Richard

As a seasoned professional with a natural curiosity, Cécile takes great pleasure in exploring new working structures and diverse cultures. With over 15 years of experience, her journey has encompassed a wide range of roles in both public and private sectors.

Cécile holds a Master of European Studies from Sciences-Po Lille, France. Prior to joining Hot or Cool she worked as a university lecturer at both Humboldt University and Technical University Berlin. Cécile also has considerable experience as a Project Coordinator at the French Foreign Office in both France and Turkey.

Committed to a sustainable lifestyle, she firmly believes that meaningful societal change requires active political engagement. In her free time, Cécile volunteers as the co-president of VOLT France, a pan-European Party with progressive values aiming at addressing critical challenges such as the climate crisis and social inequity.

At Hot or Cool, Cécile looks forward to spearheading strategic development and staff management to foster sustainable and joyous growth for the organisation.
