Nat Karipidis

Nat studied welfare systems, climate policy and Aboriginal studies during her Public Policy Masters at Monash University (Melbourne, Australia). Her career has reflected a keen interest in people, projects and systemic change.

Prior to working at Hot or Cool, Natalie has worked in government, academic and NGO sectors, particularly focusing on the impacts of climate change on health.

At Hot or Cool, she looks forward to using her communication skills to further the organisation’s vision of sustainable societies and grow her knowledge within a European context.
